Welcome on this forum. It seem to me that you have a high weekly loan repayment. However, you weekly profit is way over.
I have no problem for you not speaking French, I live in NJ, so English is not a problem for me. Let see with the other members.

Yes, my weekly payment is high, because i renewed my fleet and expendad to new destinations. HOwever my weekly profits are way above and have no problem paying my loans . Currently in rpocess of seling B787 and replacing them with A3501000 making my fleet an all airbus...

I'm sorry but we're a french Airbus alliance, and for the internal communication, it will be difficult because you don't speak french, and many of ours members don't speak english too ...

So .. sorry, I vote against.

But, one thing, for a company who started the game in january, you've really progressed, and it's a good point for applicate to alliances. I think, you can found an alliance in maximum 1 at 2 months if you're motived !
